Your body is God's temple.
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body. 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20 NIV
I haphazardly disobeyed this rule for my life. I have not been ensuring that I take the rest and exercise my body needs. In addition, I have not made the time and effort to meditate on the Word of God. No wonder I haven't grown that much this year. It's time for a great change in my life.
Ladies, don't be trapped by that desire to be busy. Busyness does not equate success.
I pray this revelation touches you in a way so powerfully that God will redirect your focus just like He did for me.
